Located east of Baldwin, stone culvert crosses an unnamed drainage creek west of 220th Street and south of US-12.
Originally, the bridge was constructed as a stone arch culvert as part of a realignment in 1891. In 1912, a second and third track were added to the south side in the form of a stone box culvert. The arch portion then became a siding.
The stone arch face is clearly visible from US-12. However, the box culvert face is accessible from a park just south of the culvert.
Today, only one track remains on the culvert. The northern main track was removed in 1962, and the siding track removed prior to that.
Overall, the culvert appears to be in good condition, with no significant deterioration noted.

The author has ranked this culvert as being minimally significant, due to the common design.
The photo above is an overview of the south face.
